There is scarcely anything in goal post manufacture that someone cannot make a little worse and sell a little more cheaply.
Do not become their lawful prey.

Goalposts-from Argos

Published on 27/01/2012

We have relied on word of mouth and recommendation from loyal customers for years .If everyone who did score an own goal by buying  goalposts destined for  land fill let everyone else know then these products would disappear leaving quality value for money  products to become popular again rather than customers just looking at price and price only.

The Argos 8x4 uPVC football goal Ref:923/7719  was the goal post they were referring to .  You can see why one of our customers decided to buy ITSA GOAL products when you read the reviews......Football Goals that some customers are so annoyed with they go to the trouble of trying to advise others not to buy them. This is why we also encourage our customers to send in reviews about our products......visit customer comments on the ITSA GOAL site about goal posts and see the difference.

below are just a handful that were on the Argos site. If you are not happy under the distance selling regulations you have seven days to inform the supplier that the product is not acceptable and ask that they collect the product back from you at their expense. You do not have to except poor quality products .

Why buy such football goals when you can buy sports equipment that will last years from the leading UK goal post manufacturer. Why not buy Goals that have not traveled halfway round the world ,buy football goals that help the  British manufacturing and the UK economy.

We will be asking for a refund."  Poor quality By Mpbvj from Uk Overall Rating 1 Star Poor

Recommend to a friend? No "Easy to put together but that's about all that's good about it! Frame cracked within half an hour. Several holes in the net within the hour. Very disappointed." no good  By Anonymous   from Cumbria  Overall Rating   1 Star Poor

Recommend to a friend? No   "these posts are really fragile and break easily, the corner pieces cracked as soon as a ball hit them followed quickly by the posts, i did get a full refund though! i would only recommend these posts if you were buying them for ages under 7 "do not buy    By Barry  from Tyne and wear  Overall Rating

This is what were able to see on the site  but we suggest you visit  and make your own mind up. At least  Argos publish this information to let customers see what they may be getting for their money.

When you buy from us you are buying from a specialist goal post manufacturer and from a company who know about goalposts andgoal post design. Other uPVC football goals do not have net supports locked in place and that is why we advise against buying Far Eastgoal posts especially those with coloured corner brackets.   Do not take our word for it  look at what Argos customers say .......visit their web site and  and see for yourself  what  customers  say about the goalposts they are supplying

We are trying to encourage those buying poor quality goalposts  to post on facebook and twitter about them and likewise  when they buy good quality football goals  that they  let the social networking family know.  Thanks to these customers who have registered their complaints...we need more!
